A cluster housing site planning requires precondition of collectivity, and collectivity of unit in character. So according to that condition, the problems of discernment, safety, idiosyncrasy are derive. Moreover how to effectively organize that factors or how to arbitrate in the sence of planning is important point. So in this paper I take three point of view for survey. That's are the problem of collectivity of unit dwellings, the problem of insuring safety, and the problem of expressioning idiosyncrasy. And throuth this survey I reached the conclusions as follows. firstly, Unit houses and unit buildings are simply repeated, So they don't have any variations and shows desultly. secondly, Not having visual intensity of grouping and strong sense of defence by ambiguous fixing, facilities works as an obstruction to the thirdly, The facilities and the morphological type of buildings don't have chariteristic beauty which conforms to their function, and by their functional diffusion their physical forms doesn't charicterized. fourthly, To solve the problems, upper three view points must be considered simultaneously.
