Report Errors
In attempting to maximize productivity improvement in construction it is important to focus effort on those areas which represent the greatest potential for productivity improvement rather than to focus effort equally on all areas. Worker has a significant influence on construction productivity. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data for motivation of workers in construction industry by analyzing their level of needs and job dissatisfaction. Throught result of this study, research team knows that most workers want improvement of earnings for their work.
