This study directs a way to manage information for Korea national Housing Co. in the area of
technical information. Since the management of information requires quite amount of investment,
information has to be collected and processed in relation to company's own function. This research
propose a technology information management system which consists of Literature DB and
Technical DB. Literature DB intends to accumulate general information such as books, articles as
well as audio and video materials. Technical DB designed to store inhouse information such as
technical data, reports and so on. This research also stresses importance of data collecting and
processing process for economic feasibility and quality of information.
