The aim of this study is to offer the fundamental resources that would guide us for more stable reconstruction in future, using the method of analyzing the relation between present situation of reconstruction and the law the related to it. However, this also represents over 1,115 cases of reconstructions in the city of Seoul, as well as revision of the law that related after the year 1987
As the result of this analysis, in spite of the idea for reconstruction should be based on solving the deteriorated building, in Seoul's case, it was repeating instable of the reconstructions caused by revision of the law related that had influenced the great deal of business. Now, although on December of 2002, for more efficient management on the reconstruction business, the integrated law has passed, much more of analyses well as researches need to be done.
