Construction industry accompany with risk in construction progress by reason of the change of natural environment, the surrounding of construction site, the economic conditions, and usually accompany with the delay term of works, the change of design, the change of a contract. To reduce the construction risks, we need the construction contingency and it is effective in terms of expense. But there is no construction site to appropriate construction contingency in domestic, and there is no details about it . Accordingly, this study proposed an application method of construction contingency in domestic construction industry, taking consideration in the cireumstances of the early stage of introduction contingency.
