After a financial crisis in Korea, appearance of financial products for real estate requires a valuation on real estate,
accuracy for yield on investments, transparency in operating funds and objective appraisal on the outcome. The need
of building remodeling has increased, the importance of estimation of economic efficiency in building remodeling has
increased. This study is intended to investigate needing of remodeling sections for the building owner and remodeling
constructor. In this context, this study is focused on the "evaluation method of economic efficiency in building
remodeling". In addition, this development is accomplished through hedonic price model that has an advantage to turn
out a rent index controlling a structural character of office building remodeling. And this study shows how to choose
the remodeling items for building owner and remodeling constructor. The objective of this study is that construction
information can flow as the level of advanced countries
