This study is not like his general poetry, which has founded his position in the history of Korean poetry but trying to revise his role as a pioneer of children's poetry. So that people can study the differences of opinions and its importance through his work in Korean children's literature. Thus discover the connection between children's poetry and early general poetry. We can say that the fruits, which Mogworl had obtained through children's poetry, are the fact that he escaped out of the form and contents of oral child verse and worked as a pioneer to confirm the perfect frame of children's poetry, which has internal rhythm. Furthermore he greatly contributed to the children's literature through the children's literary movement including teaching it. Common features of his world of children's poetry and general poetry can be found by two ways. First his world of poetry, which is expressed in two ways, shows nostalgia for the world of fairy tales and reveals longing and purity simultaneously. Secondly, the common features are rediscovered in the production of fantasy which is established by the union of simple images. From these characters, we can evaluate him as a significant contributor for the children's literature through distinguished writing of creative works and the movement for literary art which supports his works.
