Recently universities of Korea are paying great attention to leadership. Unfortunately there is no difference in the contents of leadership education between Christian and non-Christian universities. This paper aims to find an integral leadership focused on spirituality and emotionality in order to differentiate Christian leadership from the productivity-oriented leadership by non-Christian universities. This paper suggests that spiritual leadership is composed of self-identity, calling and vision, and confidence and personality while the emotional leadership consists of self-control ability(Does a person recognize himself?), relation-control ability(Does a person understand other people's emotions?), and reciprocal relationship(Is a relationship mutually profitable?). By this combined type of leadership of spirituality and emotionality, this paper tries to help Christian universities produce leaders qualified for our age who have clear self-identity and vision, seek for common good, and are equipped with merits of abstinence, wisdom, and modesty. To achieve this object, Christian universities should not limit the education for the integral leadership focused on spirituality and emotionality to a certain area or a certain period. The woman leadership education of spirituality and emotionality should take its place as ethos, as a null curriculum between professors and students in the academic courses in Christian universities. I think this type of leadership education will be able to enable Christian universities to contribute to the community, to the nation and to the world by producing leaders required by our age who have Christian leadership of strong and soft, and straight and flexible qualities.
