This study aim to make out energy efficiency rating system enforcement way of detached house and examine the adaptability. Thus, the author presented certification form and procedure, evaluation method for energy level according to the energy performance of the detached house in this study for this. Also, did so that applicant may can reference in basis design step as that present checking items for heating energy saving design.
