Recently, the considerable increase of the old people is expected annually and there is a great demand for facilities for the old people like a nursing homes for the elderly. So, it is desirable for the old people that is needed that the expansion of specified facilities and improvement of services for these old people. The purpose of this study is to assess nursing homes' indoor environment of case study using domestic and foreign Green Building Certification Criteria, compare and analyze assessment results and prepare the basic data to develop the items of indoor environmental assessment for the nursing homes. From the analysis results, we were able to grasp the difference among domestic and foreign Green Building Certification Criteria and came to a conclusion that improvements of nursing homes' indoor environment.
