Report Errors
The main purpose of this thesis is suggesting a method about raising funds under the change of housing construction environment. In the near future the system of housing supply become post construction sales system. Therefore housing construction firms are face up to raising funds crisis. so try to find how to overcome difficulty raising funds.
Therefore, this thesis suggested REITS(Real Estate Investment Trusts), ABS(Asset-Backed Securities), and Project Financing to solve these problems.
