Due to the increase in the number of public house and more detail demands of client, the research on define problems and find solution in the cost estimation of an interior construction become sophisticated and high technical.
On the contrast to the development in the design, constructional technique and material, There is no way to get organized data for the interior cost estimation, no way to prove these data and no standard code even though they are all essential in the interior cost estimation.
So, this thesis review and analyze problems on the current cost estimation of interior construction and on the management of cost estimation practice to get more realistic information to improve the current cost estimation practice and use them to develop a web based on-line cost estimation system.
