Construction industry is started when an order is received from a client or an owner. Client provide information, requirements, and related information to get wanted result. Architect and builder make structure according to direction and purpose of project based on environmental information and requirements. In the beginning, direction is decided in construction project and decision is concreted by operational progress at the end. So, former stage is criterion of decision of next stage. And the result of former stage can use a standard for decision of next stage.
This study refers to necessity of requirements analysis and organization in the construction project, analyzes task of an early stage and presents direction of requirements definition model applied requirements engineering theory.
