In this paper we made the analysis of Peason’s product moment correlation coefficients to know the correlation between local public servant’s job satisfaction and its influence factors and did multiple regression analysis to know which factor has the greatest influence on local public servant's job satisfaction according to the class and the group and how is the difference of factor which have an influence on job satisfaction in the correlation analysis between job satisfation and five influential factors on job satisfaction (supervision, interpersonal relations. pay. work. promotion) which P. C. Smith etc. asserted.
In such an aspect as mentioned above, if we summarize the results which we previously researched and analyzed briefly. they are as follows.
First. the factor which appears to be most high in correlation with job satisfaction among five influence factors on job satisfaction was supervision and the factor which appears to be most low in correlation with job satisfaction was pay.
Second. it seemed to be made some difference in the result which we enforced multiple regression analysis according to the whole sample. the class and group of local public servants in low position from six grade to nine grade.
