Recently, super high-rised apartments above 30th floor have been constructing around new town. This study compares with deweller’s interest in exterior space of apartment and living environment according to living floor. As a result this study clarefies the problems in construction of super high-rised apartment and try to provide basic information that is necessary for the planning and designing of super high-rised apartment construction.
The results of this study was summarised as following.
1. The dwellers of super high-rised apartment have deep interest in exterior space of apartment and especially they reveal strong interest in green open space and parking space.
2. The dwellers of super high-rised apartment have assessing living environmental factor and revealing dissatisfaction about noise, fire, and elevator. Among these factors they show a significant difference about noise, natural light, ventilation and view factor according to their living floor.
3. The dwellers of super high-rised apartment prefer middle low floor(58.3%). Since their most prefering housing style is apartment(66.2%), we can concluding that living in apartment is very positive experience for dwellers.
4. The dewellers of apartment most frequently request improvement of elevator. Especially they request improvement in speed, load of elevator and additional installation and emergency procedure. Next to Elevator problem, the dewllers point out the necessity of quality improvement in soundproof equipment and noise of outer space.
