Report Errors
Remodeling business has not been activated due to the bottleneck of financing and the uncertainty of profitability. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the problem of the method of financing for the remodeling project by approaching the cause for failure in activation of remodeling in terms of financing, examine the validity of application of project financing and suggest the expected effect of application of project financing to the remodeling business. This study used the literature review, the analysis of actual cases of the remodeling work and the research method of the expert questionnaire research.
