A 5-years old male Yorkshire Terrior was referred to Royal Animal Medical Center with a fracture of right upper canine teeth 3 days after its affection. On physical and radiographical examination, there was no periodontal abnormality exept pulp cavity contamination. Endodontic treatment was performed to avoid the risk of further fracture and inflammation after restoration. The pulp cavity was filled with calcium hydroxide and gutta purcha. We also made post and core using light cured resin. After 5 days of first intervention, we restorated the fractured canine teeth with 14K gold crown to protect the teeth and to improve the cosmetics and function of the teeth. After 6 months follow-up period, there was no dental problem like malocclusion and so on. It is considered that crown restoration after endodontic treatment is useful for maintaining normal physiological function and for prevention of additional fracture or complication.
