A steel structure joins a perpendicular component, horizontal bracing, and an inclination component, and is constituted. A junction is, by which a junction may be destroyed when receiving exaggerated load, since it is in discontinuous. Than to which greater importance is attached to the hysteresis model to the steel structure beam end by U.S. North Ridge Earthquake and the Kobe Earthquake. The typical hysteresis models used for the dynamic response analysis of a steel structure are a bilinear model and a trilinear model . Now, the hysteresis model to the steel structure beam currently used for earthquake dynamic response analysis is the model which actually simplified the action of the beam. This paper proposed the hysteresis model which set up the bauschinger part with the amount of plastic deformation to a steel structure beam as a preceding paragraph story for earthquake dynamic response analysis, and which was made to simplify comparatively. The difference of the energy absorption capability of the hysteresis model of a steel structure beam and bilinear model which were proposed was compared with the past experimental value. The proposed hysteresis model expresses the history which is more than a bilinear model in agreement with an experimental value. Maximum moment of an experimental value is not exceeded and elastic rigidity is in agreement with an experimental value.
