The aim of the study was intended to analyze the correlation between employees' sense of values and in-company system and propose the best way of enhancing the reciprocal interests on the basis of hypotheses through literatures.
The hypothesis, firstly, structured through differences of between employees' sense of values and in-company system could be clearly elaborated on. In order to identify the hypothesis, two types of methods like t-test and ANOVA came into operation.
In order to identify the hypothesis with a positive view between employees's sense of value and in-company system , the method of Linear Regression was, secondly, adopted.
As a result of the Linear Regression, a fact that cohesiveness among faithfulness, promotion and intention of employees and in-company system was strongly linked was revealed.
According to this literature, what we could attain was that the self-evident differences of the sense of value, job attitude and faithfulness were verified among job positions.
Through the literature, it is very strongly required that administrators running travel agencies have to sense what complications agents have, how to motivate their faithfulness for the company, how to phase in-company confrontations out and how to reinforce human relationships among employees.
It was, in addition, understood that a fact that to cultivate both the faithfulness of employees and cluster the in-company hierarchy, administrators shall draw a pay sincere attention from employees was derived. Moreover, it was necessary that developing consistent job-training system, offering opportunities of principle of equity, improving the working circumstances, and adopting 'the system of upward voicing' were firmly suggested, thanks to a strong relation between the job attitude of employees and customers' sense of contentments.
In the selection of this sample survey, it was very limited to Busan and questionnaires made for research the correlation between employees' sense of values and in-company system was adapted.
In conclusion, to maximize the stable in-company system and the consistent attention from employees on the working place, employee-centered views had to be considered.
