This Study was to investigate the some influence of lifestyle in relationship participate type of physical lecture time, school life type, weekend-sunday life style type, lifestyle type after school life, school traffic type and motor fitness in the middle school students.
The subjects of this study who were 1921 male and female in 10 middle-high school students who lived in urban and rural of city area.
Physical fitness measurement was consist of six factor of 50m dash, standing broad jump, sit-up and trunk flexion, push-up(male), arm pulling(female), sit-up, long distance running. The data collecting by questionnaire that was designed for this study consist of responses to 23 questionnaire item.
Based on the procedures and results, the following conclusions were obtained.
1. The results of comparatively analysis of between traffic type and motor fitness, motor fitness was influenced more lifestyle type or lifestyle environment of personal than traffic type.
2. The results of motor fitness comparatively analysis of between activity(exercise) students and non-activity students in the midst was received to more influenced by physical activity after off-class(p<0.05).
3. The results of motor fitness comparatively analysis of between physical activity students and non-physical activity students in the weekend-sunday lifestyle, it was appeared that motor fitness was received more influenced weekend lifestyle than sunday lifestyle(p<0.05).
4. The results of motor fitness comparatively analysis of between physical activity students and non-physical activity students in the school lifestyle type, it was appeared that physical activity use of leisure time in school life was received more influenced its than non-physical activity students(p<0.05)
In conclusion, lifestyle type of middle school students were significant influenced related to motor fitness. But it was appeared that middle school students lifestyle be more gone to briefly computer education, personal academy etc than physical activity.
Therefore lifestyle and physical education class should be guide systematically, new practical physical teaching methods should be research to make active use of them.
