Historically Central Asia has been the key point of The Great Silk Road. A country that occupied this area has been considered as the Superpower of the age. So, many countries have tried to have command of this area. This historical logic has applied to Postsoviet Central Asia. USA, Russia, and EU are competing with each other to secure Energy Resource in Caspian Sea.
Northeastern 3 Countries also have advanced into Central Asia according to respective strategic mechanism. China Government needs this area to secure energy resource because of the failure of energy diplomacy in Northeastern Asia. Japan Government has approached Central Asia as natural partner that has assisted this area for reconstruction and peace. Korean Companies has wanted to construct strategic center toward EU.
This paper will analysis and estimate strategic advances of Northeastern 3 Countries. This research will be connected to prospect dynamic relationship among 3 countries in Northeastern Asia and Central Asia.
