The goal of this thesis is to provide the lumbar stabilization exercise and an efficient and scientific basis for Ssireum players the development of physical strength. To analyze the effect of the lumbar stabilization kinetic program, 15 Ssireum players in G province attended to the program for 8 weeks. 7 of them attended to the traditional excercise program and 8 attended to the special excercise program that use a ball. This thesis got the following conclusion by analyzing measurement of balance and muscle activity test. To reduce the area and distance to shake, the lumbar stabilization kinetic program that uses a ball was more effective than the traditional program. The sway area in the group applying lumbar stabilization kinetic program was reduced 86.00(±38.43)mm2 before training to 37.00(±16.72)mm2 after training. And it was revealed the statistically significant(p<.01) difference between. And the sway path in the group applying lumbar stabilization kinetic program was also reduced 86.00(±38.43)mm2 before training to 37.00(±16.72)mm2 after training. And it was revealed the statistically significant(p<.01) difference between. The muscle activity of obliquus abdominis muscle and transversus abdominis muscle in the group applying lumbar stabilization kinetic program with a ball was increased 15.84(±13.48)%MVIC before training to 53.52(±15.44)%MVIC after training. And it was revealed the statistically significant(p<.001) difference between. Therefore, the above results mean that the lumbar stabilization kinetic program with a ball is helpful to improve lumbar ability to balance for Ssireum players that required both ability than any other players.
