Mechanical stimulation is known to have a positive effect on the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) to pre-osteoblasts. In this research, we investigate the effect of tensile stimulation on the osteogenic differentiation using a tensile cell stimulator by applying constant strain on cell monolayer grown on a flexible substrate.
