Even though the microvascular anastomosis was generalized and showed the clinical good results, the development of the microvascular anastomosis is much slower rather than the other medical instruments and its underdevelopment is over 30 years. The reason of this underdevelopment is the strong conservatism not to yield the previous suture anastomosis if the reliability of the newly introduced anastomosis was not secured perfectly even though the related specialists use it easily.
