This article deals with the problem of Kyrgyzstan enterprises connected with the increase of their activity's efficiency. At the current moment we face a problem: what method should we use for reforming our industrial companies? Analysis of restructuring and modernization process showed us the positive and negative aspects of these methods.
The practice of Kyrgyz economic development for the last 15 years when growth of GNP is basically provided by export of power resources and row materials the necessity of trend reforming of economic activity of industrial enterprises is reinforced.
One of the directions of reforming of enterprises of different industrial branches aimed at manufacturing of competitive production is their restructuring, which proposes considerable contribution of facilities into technical and technological re-equipment of enterprises.
This strategic purpose assumes the reasons and realization of an adequate investment policy both of the enterprise itself and the state & regional levels of management. But the following question might arise: at what mechanism the efficient investment using exactly at industrial enterprises is available at restructuring of the existing production, at modernization of machinery and technology or at some other strategy of the development? We'll try to answer this question having considered specific nature, particularities and regularities of realizing the processes of restructuring and modernization.
It should be reminded that restructuring expects the qualitative transformation of the production potential and organizing forms of company management. Restructuring of enterprises isn't end in itself or tribute to fashion, it must be conducted when its need is caused by objective circumstances. The main particularity of restructuring unlike certain current changes in production, structure of capital or property, market is that it isn't a part of everyday business cycle of Organization.
