The exchange and cooperation in education between China and Korea has made much progress in the past decade but there exists many challenges that two countries are confronting. The study will analyze what and why the reality is in the bilateral exchange and cooperation. We utilize the matching model which includes three layers: internal environment, external environment and cultural environment, to give some recommendations for promoting China Korea bilateral exchange and cooperation in education.
