This study has its necessity and purpose on defining educational significance the humor of Taekwondo director has, by observing the effect Taekwondo director's humor level has on training satisfaction after grasping the recognition of juvenile trainees regarding humor level of Taekwondo director.
As for the research subject, the data of 250 trainees in Songpa-gu region in Seoul were taken as analysis subjects. The input data were analyzed according to the analysis purpose using Window SPSS/PC+12.0 Version statistics program; reliability analysis was carried out using factor analysis and Cronbach's α coefficient to analyze reliability and appropriateness regarding each article of questionnaire; Independent samples t-test was carried out to find out differences in humor levels as well as training satisfactory according to demographic characteristics of Taekwondo trainees; correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out to observe the effect on training satisfaction according to the humor level of Taekwondo director recognized by Taekwondo trainees. The statistical hypothesis verification attention level was set as p＜.05.
As the result of analyzing the effect humor level of Taekwondo director has on trainees' training satisfaction in this study,
Firstly, significant difference appeared in humor management regarding the difference of humor level according to gender; it was appeared that female trainees recognized it more than male trainees; no significant differences appeared for other factors.
Secondly, significant differences of p＜.001 appeared in difference of humor level, p＜.05 in understanding of humor, p＜.05 in humor usage according to school years; trainees in 5th and 6th school years recognized such more than trainees in 3rd and 4th school years.
Thirdly, as for the difference in humor level during training period, no significant difference appeared. It is thought that having no difference in humor level is due to coming across humors through media in everyday life regardless of training period.
Fourthly, humor level factor and training satisfaction factor appeared to have positive correlation, and juvenile trainees' training satisfaction is greater according to humor level in the relationship between humor level of Taekwondo director recognized by Taekwondo trainees and training satisfaction.
