This study is an experiment for analyzing quality characteristics of High-strength Concrete according to the water-binding material ratio of Metakaolin applicable with replacement of Silicafume. As a result of experiment, Metakaolin was established by three levels like domestic one, foreign one, and Silicafurne and two level water-binding material ratio like 25% and 35%, when it changed the addition rates of Superplasticizing agents in order to satisfy the target values of Slump Flow among the Flowing Properties, this study found out that the more the water-binding material ratio was decreased, the more addition rates of Superplasticizing agents were increased. As a result of analysis by sort of admixture, the additive amount of Superplasticizing Agents had a tendency of increasing Plain<A-MK<B-MK<SF in order. In addition, in case of air volume, it had the range 1.1~2.9%. This study was to measure compressive strength in order to investigate strength property. As a result, this study has found out the excellent Strength Development Process of Plain<A-MK<SF<B-MK in order. On the other hand, the relationship between the compressive strength and elastic coefficient had similar consequence with the formula suggested from ACI 363.
