This research mainly analyzes (potential) impact of the difference in the Economic Institution and Business Environment classified by special economic zone of China on inward Foreign Direct Investments inflows into China. This research for it is classified by huanbohai area and dongbei area and changsanjiao area and analyzes FDI inflow policy and treatment division. Also this study tries to analyse features and investments trends trend of Korea on making a comparative study of investment cost changes classified by a local, a town and a type of industry. With this aim, it makes an analysis advanced motive to the area that is respectively applicable to them and this research finds out fundamental cause about geographical difference of investments feature each areas. The research offers important information in the field of academic and Business investment because it specifically analyzes investment trend of Korean firms trying to enter China’s markets and regional investment environment of China.
