Report Errors
The purpose of this study is to deduce social workability and detailed planning strategies of the communal spaces in selected Korean apartment complexes completed after 2000. Twenty-one samples are selected by three main assessment measures including architectural competitions and GBCC(Green Building Certification Criteria). The analysis is done through nine objectives for achieving 'social interaction and communication' in communal space planning which had been deduced from researcher's prior study. Seventeen detailed planning strategies are organized as the result.
