Recently as the construction industry has been faced with severe crisis due to global financial crisis, it is influencing reconstruction and redevelopment projects. Those projects have many troubles due to the lack of management skills and control systems. To efficiently cope with this situation, systematical processes and essential reference information should be needed. Therefore the purpose of this study is to develop a manual including processes and reference for systematic and efficient management in accomplishing by the main participant. First of all, we analyze related laws and policies, and draw characteristics and processes of the reconstruction and redevelopment projects. And through literature reviews, we identify current circumstances and causes of disputation. Besides, we develop the manual for the main participant of reconstruction and redevelopment projects through experts interview. We expect that the troubles and disputations will be reduced by utilizing the proposed manual, and cost and time will be saved in reconstruction and redevelopment projects.
