This study aims at analysing the preference of housing supply type on public sector. Targets of housing supply type on this study are the public tract house, public rental housing(social housing), and the 'SHift' (Long-term deposit base housing). They are representative types of Korean public housing in these days.
First, this study researched the policy characters through documents. In addition, comparative study from survey to employees of government and LH co., SH co..
The result is different from each other type in different questions based on charaters and different groups. Application from this study is the fact that needs guideline for each other type for the different target, region. Especially, it is needed that excludes the originality and mind of representative of their organizations.
