??The Parable of the of manager appearing in Luke 12:35-48 shows up the guidelines of leadership. A leader should set up right identity by the awareness as the servant called from God. At that time, he can endeavor for getting essential leadership through the realization who he is himself and what he is called as a leader for.
??The demand that should get ready for the end can be showed through the appearance of the servants waiting for the master coming back from a wedding feast in verse 35-40. Luke changes a master to ‘he Son of Man’and says that being ready for an eschatological judgement is necessary with relation of parousi,a(the Second Coming) through the statment of the verse 40, “You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”
??The faithful and wise manager in verse 41-44 gains his master’s trust because he manages his work well on all such occasions like the verse, “he will put him in carge of all his possessions.” The manager represented in verse 45-46 gives notice that he will deserve punishment because he beats servants and doesn’t deal with his work. Finally, a distinction of judgement concerning the servant that doesn’t get ready despite of understanding the will of the master and the servant that doesn't get ready without understanding the will of the master appeared in verse 47-48. In the verse 48b Luke suggests the importance of the judgement for the one that will be judged as man situated at the position of leader through the saying “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.” Through this kind of statement Luke demands that the leader who takes on the significant work should manage his work faithfully and wisely.
