The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of body construction, lipid in blood and thyroid gland hormone between a group with caffeine intake and a group without caffeine intake, and to examine the effect of caffeine intake on body construction and thyroid gland hormone in aerobic weight training. To analyze the effect of caffeine intake in aerobic weight training, the study was administered three times a week to eight people with caffeine intake and eight people without caffeine intake. They were required to do 12 kinds of weight training for 1 hour after 5 minutes of warming up exercises and 5 minutes of post exercise. Ranging from 60 to 65%, the strength degree of exercise was based on the result of measuring 1RM of each person during the period of pre-training and the measurement of the most repeated frequency was carried out by Brzyck’s indirect measurement method, although it was somewhat inexact because this method shows insufficiency. The result of the study revealed the following. There was no meaningful difference between the group with caffeine intake and the group without caffeine intake in aerobic weight training (p<.05). TC revealed a decrease in period between the two groups when it comes to lipid in blood and there was meaningful difference of period in TG (p<.05). There was meaningful difference of period in HDL-C. HDL-C decreased in the group with caffeine intake and HDL-C increased in the group without caffeine intake. There was meaningful difference of period in LDL-C(p<.05). There was meaningful difference of period in T3 and T4 when it comes to thyroid gland hormone. There was meaningful difference of period in free T3, but there was no meaningful difference in free T4. In sum, some results of this study were similar to those of pre-studies, but others were not. The caffeine intake had no influence on fitness factor in aerobic weight training. Also, it influenced lipid in blood and thyroid gland hormone. But there was no meaningful difference of period between the group with caffeine intake and the group without caffeine intake. The standard of the effect can produce various results according to intake period, intake amount, intake time and tolerance of subjects because the effect of caffeine seem edvarious. Therefore, the standardized amount of caffeine intake is thought to be necessary for improving lipid in blood and thyroid gland hormone in aerobic weight training.
