This paper suggested a methodology of green body theology by dialectically integrating Merleau-Ponty’s phenomenology of body, Rosemary Ruether’s ecofeminist theology of nature and Sallie Mcfague’s incarnated theology of nature. In order to overcome metaphysical dualism which is the root cause of ecological crisis, it affirmed the necessity of green body theology and then from three scholars above discovered epistemological, socio-political and incarnated theological insights of organic embodied life paradigm and symbolic dialectical structures of green body theology. And then knowing that each insight is necessary but not sufficient for earth-healing, this paper affirmed the necessity and significance of dialectical unity of these three insights. By dialectically integrating Rosemary Ruether’s methodology of ecofeminist theology of nature(dialectical ecofeminist critical method) and Sallie Mcfague’s methdology of incarnated theology of nature(working, constructive and metaphorical and incarnated ecotheology), it suggested three methodological features of green body theology as critical working, ecofeminist constructive, embodied metaphorical.
