The present research evaluated a pedestrian environment getting narrow while converting from the existing pedestrian road into a road combined with bicycle-pedestrian by using satisfaction of users, and suggested the improvement. This research used conjoint analysis, which is an evaluation method that can deduce a utility index of attributes being composed respectively, by performing evaluation on an integrated environment as an evaluation method of a pedestrian environment, and accordingly, could understand the utility index of user’s satisfaction on service quality of a pedestrian environment. The results are as follows. First, when the bicycle traffic occurs on the existing pedestrian road, it appeared that the satisfaction of users drops while showing a (-) utility index from C level of pedestrian road and C level of bicycle traffic. Second, as a result of feeling more inconvenience in bicycle traffic than pedestrian traffic, it appeared that the utility index of the case that several bicycles pass a pedestrian more drops than the case that one bicycle passes in space with much walking amount. This research could suggest a method to evaluate by putting more weight because the evaluation of a road combined with bicycleㆍpedestrian is more sensitive to bicycle traffic, and could suggest a policy on the future improvement.
