Among the many alternatives, Multi-Attribute Decision Making(MADM) is the approach way to select the one or some same preference alternatives after considering multiple factors in combination. one of MADM, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is the most popular application because convenient and easy to use for everyone.
However, the traditional AHP methodology, using a 9-point scale because it relies on subjective judgments of experts value the evaluation methodology used is not easy to direct. In addition, because of pairwise comparison, number of evaluation criteria and alternatives as more professionals enter the amount of data has greatly increased the accuracy of results and poor results in terms of processing time may bring.
In this paper, the results of AHP and a faster, making a similar comparison for Hybrid-AHP method is presented. By taking advantage of this system, Metropolitan Council’s strategic industries selected for the experimental study on decision making was conducted.
