The main purpose of this study was to investigate biomechanical analysis and provide basic data for technical training for air rifle shooters. We used the way to measure ground reaction force and pressure distribution to analyze the type of change in biomechanical factors like ground reaction force and pressure distribution based on movement pattern of body during shooting. As a result, there was small difference within subjects in variables of movement of body’s core during rifle shooting, but subject #1 showed very stable shooting position due to very little movement by right and left, and back and forth. Also, subject #1, #2 & #3 showed positive shooting position due to very stable pressure distribution in left and right, and back and forth as a result of measurement of pressure distribution Taken together, ideal shooting position needs to find strengths and analyze technique of shooting and apply and develop shooters’ own position instead of imitating excellent shooting position. Therefore, measurements like motion analysis and EMG are necessary for future research and cross-sectional study is also needed for generalization.
