This paper presents a wireless web-based SMS Broadcasting System model for different institutions. The model is a wireless SMS driven automatic receive cum display system which can be programmed in an authorized mobile phone. This will facilitate information transfer from heads of offices, directors and deans of the institutions to its nstituents/unit area as well as enable remote postings of information with proper validation. It will also signify high priority messaging, allowing communication of critical and time sensitive information. The proposed model will allow faster communication and immediate actions concerning the different institutions, organizations, and businesses, hence, it will ensure high productivity.
