??This study has the aims to prove whether there are differences between psychological well-being and physical self-efficacy of participated students or not participated in the practical dance. To solve the aims of this study, the researcher used samples who took a practical dance classes as a liberal arts courses, and they were under 4 years in college in the Seoul or Gyeonggi Province. Samples used in the analysis, were 108 students participated in the dance class, and 101 students not participated there, total are 209. The statistical methods to hypothesis was an independent sample t-test and correlation analysis. The following results were obtained according to these processes and procedures. First, students participating in the practical dance perceived higher than ones who didn't participate to the psychological well-being, and there was statistically significant. Second, students who participated in the practical dance perceived higher than students who didn't participate to the self-attractiveness : the sub physical confidence, and there was statistically significant. Third, even students participating in the practical dance, had increased the psychological well-being and sense of physical competence. These results showed that participating in the practical dance was an useful mechanism to improve the psychological well-being and sense of physical competence, and it described that the practical dance classes should be found actively and suggested as the liberal arts in the college.
