The Purpose of this study is to investigate the influences onto Group Cohesiveness, Job Satisfaction, Team Commitment and Organizational Commitment of Hotel Employees. Data were collected from employees of Deluxe Hotel located in Seoul, Korea. For the study, hypotheses were examined by using path analysis. The results of this study are as follow.
First, group cohesiveness has positive impact on team commitment. Second, group cohesiveness has positive impact on Organizational Commitment. Third, job satisfaction has positive impact on team commitment. Forth, job satisfaction has positive impact on organizational commitment. Lastly, team commitment has positive impact on organizational commitment.
