The Osipovka Culture is represented as the start of the Noelithic Age in the downstream area of the river Amur and belongs to around 13000B.P found with the microblade and the Old pottery. In the Maritime Province, it shows similar archaeological aspect later than this time. Appearance of the Old pottery in the early Neolithic Age seems the result of the adoption to the natural environment. The downstream area is one of the most earliest areas in the East Asia.
Related to the start time of the Pan-eastern sea cultural area, it is not certain whether it starts from the early Neolithic Age or not as the remains of the Old Pottery stage has not be found in the eastern coast of Korea yet.
