The Act on the Promotion and Guarantee of Access for the Disable, the Aged and Pregnant Women established for the Disabled to use facilities safely without other’s help and to be able to access the informations. And on the Number 87 of Building regulation, the installation relevant facilities for the disabled was set down to follow the Act on the promotion and Guarantee of Access for the disabled. Therefore, for the making things easy, it needs to have consistent connection between Building Act and Act on the Promotion and guarantee of Access for the Disabled. So, This study proposed revised direction for the Act on the Promotion and Guarantee of Access for the Disabled through finding both problems between the Building Act and Act on the Promotion and guarantee of Access for the Disabled and the problems within the laws themselves on the Promotion and Guarantee of Access for the Disabled. And as a results of this research, I suggest the method of the revised system and regulations for the disable’s facilities.
