This study focuses on how the mentoring would affect the golf participant satisfaction, regarding the frequent tendency that most amateur golf players experience various types of mentoring in the process of learning how to play golf. For this study, golf driving ranges resided in Seoul and Kyunggi Province are selected and provided with 250 questionnaires. Of the 250, 228 papers are retrieved and finally 222 evaluations are used to analyze. As for the analyzing measures, the T-test and the One-way analysis of variance are conducted in order to understand the mentoring and the golf participant satisfaction ratings. Also, the correlation analysis and the multi-regression analysis are utilized to inquire the re utilized to inquire the mentoring and the golf participant satisfaction ratings. The result of analysis points out that the mentoring would be affected by many variances such as the golf career, and the average number of stroke at golf. One the other hand, the golf participant satisfaction ratings show the differences in variances such as the age, the golf career, and the average number of stroke . As a result of analyzing the relationship between mentoring and the golf participant satisfaction ratings, every primary factor proves to be the positive correlation. Among the mentohng function, the career development function has been proved to affect the psychological and social satisfaction, In addition, the role modeling function would influence on the psychological satisfaction. The study results confirm that the mentoring would substantially influence on the golf participant satisfaction ratings.
