In order to reduce the fuel consumption from vehicle ,Automotive manufacturers are continuously considering Electric part. During many years Electrical energy consumption has been increased by Electric devices and the number of electrical device continues to increase. To improve this issue, focuses on controlled alternator system. Regulated voltage control System is consist of electrical function ECM, BCM, Alternator and battery. The Electric device observes the vehicle condition like battery, system power and Controls alternator and maintains a proper voltage and a continued Fuel economy mode. To between equipment uses GMLAN for the signal transmission and battery where is continuous and the vehicle condition monitoring comes to accomplish. RVC is become accomplished with union of various function so need to effort which maintains a vehicle condition analysis and a proper condition is necessary. For RVC validation, there are two kind methods from vehicle and bench validation. Vehicle condition is a restricted like OAT and current consumption so In order to overcome restricted vehicle condition uses bench. it is expected to provide test environment for complex and repetitive test cases under various different conditions. In this paper, Presents the method will be able to verify RVC functions for effectively.
