The object of this study is to define the effect of yoga conducted continuously in the higher temperature than body temperature on Immunoglobulin, Adiponetin, and body composition. It is intended for 24 females in their twenties and thirties divided into 3 groups of hot yoga, asana yoga, and non-exercise group and conducted for 12 weeks, 4 times a week. The result of this study is following. The asana yoga group showed significant increases in all lgA, lgG, and lgM after exercise. Among the groups, asana yoga group showed higher lgA than non-exercise group and the asana yoga group showed higher lgG and lgM than hot yoga group and non exercise group. Hot yoga group and asana yoga group showed significant increases in Adiponetin after exercise. Among the groups, hot yoga group was higher than asana yoga group and asana yoga group was higher than non-exercise group. Hot yoga group showed significant decrease in weight from body composition after exercise. Among the groups hot yoga group was lower than asana group and non exercise group. Hot yoga group and asana yoga group showed significant decreases in % body fat. Among the groups, hot yoga group was lower than asana yoga group and asana yoga group was lower than non exercise group.
