The purpose of this study was to evaluate of the knowledge for the First Aid of undergraduate students majoring in physical education. The participants in this study were 665 undergraduate students who majored in physical education and went to college in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gyeonsang, Chungcheong, and Jeolla Province. They responded to knowledge test on Frist Aid. Collected data were computed frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Also, it carried out t-test and one-way ANOVA in order to verify the difference of the knowledge level for the First Aid depending on educational experience, student grade and college location. The results were as follows. 1) The knowledge level for the First Aid of undergraduate students majoring in physical education was very low. 2) There was a significant difference in knowledge level for the First Aid as a function of educational experience. Students who participated in educational course for it were more higher in the First Aid’s knowledge score. 3) There was a significant difference in knowledge level for the First Aid as a function of student grade. 3-grade-students was more higher score than other grade-students. 4) There was a significant difference in knowledge level for the First Aid as a function of college location. Students who went to college in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province were more higher score than that of Gyeonsang, Chungcheong, and Jeolla Province.
