This paper aims at providing a framework for coordination in an emergent situation. Although there are various studies about practices of emergency management, few studies attempt to draw big pictures of coordinating interested actors. In order to address this, the importance of coordination is discussed, first of all. Then, coordination for wedding events and coordination for emergencies are compared to explain key concepts that peculiarly construct coordination for different situations. On the basis of literature, coordination success framework is suggested and discussed.
