The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a training program on program satisfaction level and school adjustment based on this researcher"s training-related knowhow and experience. The subjects in this study were 500 students who attended 32 different secondary schools located in Gyeonggi Province as of 2011. After a survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 485 respondents were analyzed to address the research questions. The instrument used to evaluate their school adjustment was prepared by modifying a school adjustment behavior inventory used in Moon(2001)"s study and school adjustment questionnaires used in Kwon(2008)"s study, Bong(1997)"s study, Lee(2000)"s study and Min(2007)"s study to serve the purpose of this study. The statistical packages SPSS WIN 17.0 and structural equation model analysis were utilized. The findings of the study were as follows: a voluntary participation in a training program had a causal relationship to program satisfaction level and school adjustment In conclusion, most of the hypothesis of this study were accepted in part or on the whole. Given the findings of the study, students will be able to improve their school adjustability if they are encouraged to keep engaging in training activities voluntarily.
