The aim of this study is to provide basic data for the Taekwondo institute homepage-aided marketing strategy by inquiring into the influence of Taekwondo institute homepage service quality on a user"s attitude and visit satisfaction. Targeting the people who made a prior application through the homepage of the taekwondo Association as the research objects, this study selected the taekwondo athletes, who participated in the 5th National Taekwondo Studio Management and Studio Competition on Nov.25, 2011, as a population, and explained the research objective to the proper research objects. Then, using, purposeful sampling, this study used the final 384 copies of questionnaires for the study result analysis after distributing and collecting 500 questionnaires. For data processing for this research, this study conducted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multi-regression analysis using PASW 18.0, and as a result of the analysis, this study drew the conclusion as follows: First, it was found that transactional efficiency, informativeness, and communication of the service quality factors was found to have a significant influence on cognitive scent. Second, it was found that communication, design, safety and informativeness of the service quality factors had a significant influence on emotional attitude. Third, design, safety, and transactional efficiency of the service quality factors were found to have a significant influence on behavioral attitude. Fourth, transactional efficiency, design, and communication of the service quality factors were found to have a significant effect on visit satisfaction.
